In addition to our experienced team, we use 625 standard measuring devices, such as digital calipers, dial gauges, gauges or thread plug gauges for the highest quality of all precision parts, sheet metal parts, welded components and our assembly.

All measuring equipment is subject to monitoring and testing by an external company.
 

Wherever quality-assurance issues arise, we react immediately and offer convincing solutions that very same day. Inspection schedules along with appurtenant production releases and test records are issued in respect of all series components e.g. turned and milled parts, pressings or bendings. This serves to increase product quality since permissible tolerances and the respective actual values are reliably recorded in each case referencing to the corresponding set of drawing dimensions.

 

100% identification of all precision components is for us much a matter of course as is the issue pertaining to batch traceability.
