In this segment we specialize in the manufacture and assembly of highly complex welded modules. In our role as welded-assembly manufacturers we have access to a full range of ultramodern robot-controlled welding centers and facilities. Thanks to an ingenious modular concept, our precision welding tables feature an enormous variety of compatible clamping-system components. This facilitates the realization of a huge spectrum of complex applications and combinations.

Welded Assemblies
At InProTec the manufacture of welded assemblies is geared both to batch-size 1 and volume production. For small and medium lots we design and construct component-specific welding fixtures in our own jig and tool shop. As a rule, our welded assemblies consist of sheet-metal components and machined parts as well as standard elements such as weld nuts.
Optimum inter-coordinated components and time-tried standards applied to inert-gas welding operations make MAG welding robots the ideal solution to meet your welding-automation requirements. As a result, you benefit from proven quality, monitoring and documentation of all relevant process parameters and high repetitive accuracy.

Components
Component manufacture at InProTec ranges from simple saw cuts right through to highly complex welded units. Components assume the form of pressings and bendings produced on hydraulic or mechanical presses. The tools necessary for this purpose are made in our own in-house tool manufacturing facility.

Module assembly
In addition to the manufacture of turned and milled parts, sheet-metal and welding components, we also specialize in the assembly of complete modules. The pooling of synergies has a favorable impact on attractive bid prices, speedier deliveries and maximum process efficiency.
